Field Manager (Promotional Marketing, Contract Position)

Field Manager
As a field manager you will manage the team and oversee tasks as directed by the Field Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- En sure that you and your team are acting in a professional and appropriate manner, and that your objectives are being met
- Manage and monitor all reps along with your Field Supervisor, and ensure that everyone is working to the best of their abilities
- Address any concerns as needed and delegate your reps to appropriate roles
- Ensure team maintains high spirits and energy throughout the day
- Ensure team members show up and on time; Call each rep the evening prior to the event to confirm their attendance
- Manage the lunch and break schedules for your team
- Assist Field Supervisor in packing up and loading all program materials into his/her vehicle
- Ensure area is left tidy and that no branded materials are littered on campus grounds
- Ensure all staff have completed and handed in their timesheet
- Coordinate receipt and storage of shipments and send all assets back to head office at program close
Qualifications:
- Marketing and/or sales experience is required
- Ideally have worked in the industry as a rep and moved through the management
- Preferrably tech-savvy
- Leadership experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to clearly and enthusiastically present information
- Valid Driver’s license
