DESCRIPTION:
IPS, a leading provider of network, security and compliance services, is looking for an experienced technology sales professional to join our growing team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve and exceed personal Gross Profit sales targets/quotas.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, vendors and partners.
- Prospect, qualify, close and manage the sales of IPS’ IT services and solutions.
- Coordinate and engage the necessary resources - sales, operations, finance and marketing teams and vendor resources- to achieve success.
- Liaise with the Technical team and understand the applicable technology solution in order to help lead a successful implementation.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years + sales experience.
- Experience in the IT industry. Strong technical product knowledge is a definite asset.
- Previous experience working with large enterprise clients.
- Existing business relationships are assets.
- Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets.
- Enterprise account planning and management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an experienced negotiator.
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
