One of Canada's leading professional service providers, with a strong international and national presence, is currently searching for a Bankruptcy Trustee, with a minimum of 3 years experience, with strong knowledge of both consumer and commercial insolvency filings, for its Brandon, Manitoba office.
The candidate must have a Canadian university degree as well as a CA or CGA designation OR a LL.B degree.
Completion of the NIQP course and the BIA Insolvency Counselor's course is a must.
CIRP Trustee designation is necessary.
High academic credentials as well as exceptional analytical and interpersonal verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
You will be asked to administer proposals and bankruptcies and manage assets held in trust. In this position, you will also give debtor information and advice about both the proposal and bankruptcy processes and make sure that both the debtor's rights and the creditor's rights are respected.
Salary range is $75K- $115K based on experience.
Full benefit package is included.
