TRUSTEE in BANKRUPTCY
One of Canada's leading professional service providers, with a strong international and national presence, is actively searching for a bankruptcy trustee for its Winnipeg office with both consumer and commercial insolvency filings.
You will be called upon to administer proposals and bankruptcies and manage assets held in trust. In this position, you will give debtor information and advice about both the proposal and bankruptcy processes and make sure that both the debtor's rights and the creditor's rights are respected.
You must have a minimum 3 years’ experience, be licensed as a CIRP Trustee, have completed the NIQP course as well as the BIA Insolvency Counselor's course and possess in addition to a Canadian university degree a CA or CGA designation OR a LL.B degree.
High academic credentials as well as exceptional analytical and interpersonal verbal and written communication skills are vital.
We offer an excellent compensation plan including a salary of $75,000 to $115,000 annually depending on experience as well as a full benefits package and more.
Relocation expenses available.
