Inside Sales
Westburne Electric Supply, a division of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc., has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative.
As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for:
Duties:
- Maintaining contact with customers to introduce products and services available in order to build a lucrative business relationship.
- Building strong relationship with customers.
- Sourcing and providing product information, pricing and delivering information and verifying stock availability as requested.
- Selling and servicing customers by telephone, computer and fax.
- Providing back up sales support for Branch Sales Manager.
- Aiding customers in selection of materials.
- Expediting customer orders.
- Keeping up to date and promoting new products.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent communications skills, be a team player and customer service oriented.
- Must have good organisational and sales skills.
- AS400 experience an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office or personal computers.
