Skill Requirements: Beverage Services manager certification, Food & beverage server trade certification, Safe Food Handling certificate, Serve It right certificate, Smart Serve, WHIMS
Specific Skills: Plan, organize direct, control and evaluate daily operations, implement operational procedures, Control Inventory, Respond to customer complaints. Ensure health and safety regulations re followed, Enforce provincial/territorial liqour legislation and regulations. Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, recruit and hire staff, train staff, conduct performance reviews , supervise staff, Customer oriented.
