District Manager to run multiple boxes wanted
District Manager wanted for Edmonton - SE Side of the City - Coffee/Fashion/Jewellery/Telecommunications/General Merchandise Background preferred
We are currently looking for a DM to run multiple boxes in the Edmonton market and surrounding areas.
Must have for this role:
• Minimum of 3-5 years running a multi unit component.
• Outgoing personality.
• Know numbers - P and L's and budgets.
• Be very computer knowledgeable in all MS Word packages.
• Have the fortitude to take charge of their district in working with a Regional Director whose style is laid back and calm.
• New school thinking is the way with this company thinks and does business.
• They are a fairly relaxed corporate culture - but they really like individuals who are strategic and tactical thinkers and do not waste time in taking action when it is needed.
• Individuals with strong training, development and coaching of staff are encouraged to apply.
